Ⅰ.Hunan Statistical Yearbook 2021 is an annual statistical publication,which reflects comprehensively the economic and social development of Hunan.It covers data for 2020 and key statistical data in some historically important years at provincial level and local levels of cities,prefecture and counties. Ⅱ.Hunan Statistical Yearbook 2021 includes a special issue and statistical figures.The special issue are Government Work Report and Statistical Communique of Hunan Province on the 2020 National Economic and Social Development.The statistical data contain the following 22 parts:1.General Survey;2.National Accounts;3.Population;4.Employment and Wages;5.Prices;6.People’s Livelihoods;7.Investment in Fixed Assets;8.Foreign Economy,Tourism and Development Zones;9.Energy;10.Government Finance,Banking and Insurance;11.Construction of Cities and Environmental Protection;12.Agriculture;13.Industry;14.Construction;15.Transportation,Post,Telecommunication and other Services;16.Wholesale and Retail Trades,Hotels and Catering Services;17.Education,Science and Technology;18.Culture,Sports and Public Health;19.Party and Mass,Politics and Law,Social Service;20.Regional Economy;21.Main Economic and Social Statistics Indicators of Cities and States;22.Main Economic and Social Statistics Indicators of Counties and Cities(districts).To facilitate readers,at the end of each chapter,Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators are included. Ⅲ.The Chang-Zhu-Tan City Clusters in this yearbook includes Changsha city,Zhuzhou city and Xiangtan City;The Rim Chang-Zhu-Tan City Clusters consists of Changsha,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan,Hengyang,Yueyang,Changde,Yiyang and Loudi;Southern Hunan includes Hengyang city,Chenzhou city and Yongzhou City;Great Xiangxi Region includes Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,Huaihua city,Zhangjiajie City,Shaoyang City and Loudi City. Ⅳ.Compared with Hunan Statistical Yearbook 2020,this yearbook has made the following revisions and supplements in terms of content and chapter structure:the added table of permanent residents at the end of 2011 to 2019,the added table of high-tech products of import and export commodities in the province,the added table of internal expenditure of R&D funds in the province,the added table of internal expenditure of R&D funds of cities and states,and the added table of year-end number of employees in the industries of the “Fourth upper” enterprises by cities and states. Ⅴ.The yearbook is edited according to the frame and standard of China Statistical Yearbook.The indicator explanatory notes are edited according to China Statistical Yearbook.The units of measurement adopted in China Statistical Yearbook are internationally unified standard. Ⅵ.The historical data involved in this yearbook are subject to the latest edition of this yearbook;No mechanical adjustment has been made for the calculation errors caused by different units of total or relative data in this yearbook. Ⅶ.The 2020 national economic accounting data in this yearbook are express data.The data used in 2021 Hunan Provincial Government Work Report and 2020 Hunan Provincial Statistical Bulletin on National Economic and Social Development are all express numbers or preliminary statistics. Ⅷ.Notations used in the yearbook:(blank space) indicates that data are unknown,or are not available,or the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table;”#” indicates the major items of the total. Ⅰ.Tianjin Statistical Yearbook is a large-sized statistics publication to reflect various aspects of Tianjin’s economic and social development,which was started in 1984 and published year after year,having formed a series of yearbooks.Tianjin Statistical Yearbook 2021 takes Tianjin economic and social statistics of 2020 systematically,and other statistics of main years.The book is written in Chinese & English,and is equipped with electric CD. Ⅱ.Written materials in the book include Statistical Communique on the 2020 National Economic and Social Development of Tianjin,Analysis of Tianjin Economic Situation 2020,Achievement of National Economic and Social Development of Tianjin in the Thirteenth Five Year Plan Period.In order to help readers using these statistical materials better,Subject Index is used to describe the framework of the book,and Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators are attached after each chapter. Ⅲ.The major data sources of this book are obtained from annual professional statistical report,a few from sample surveys and departments’ statistics. Ⅳ.The units of measurement used in this book are internationally stander measurement units;sector listed in this table is classified by the standard of GB/T 4754-2017.When calculating per capital indicators,we use permanent population. Ⅴ.Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this book.
