Ⅰ.Tianjin Statistical Yearbook is a large-sized statistics publication to reflect various aspects of Tianjin’s economic and social development,which was started in 1984 and published year after year,having formed a series of yearbooks.Tianjin Statistical Yearbook 2020 takes Tianjin economic and social statistics of 2019 systematically,and other statistics of main years.The book is written in Chinese & English,and is equipped with electric CD. Ⅱ.Written materials in the book include Statistical Communique on the 2019 National Economic and Social Development of Tianjin,Analysis of Tianjin Economic Situation 2019.In order to help readers using these statistical materials better,Subject Index is used to describe the framework of the book,and Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators are attached after each chapter. Ⅲ.The major data sources of this book are obtained from annual professional statistical report,a few from sample surveys and departments’ statistics. Ⅳ.The units of measurement used in this book are internationally stander measurement units;sector listed in this table is classified by the standard of GB/T 4754-2017.When calculating per capital indicators,we use permanent population. Ⅴ.Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this book. Ⅵ.Notations used in this book:”blank” indicates the data not available or the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table.”#’ indicates the major items of the total. Ⅶ.As a result of keeping consistent with data of census,surveys and checks,the change of national statistics system and adjustment of figures provided by departments some data in this yearbook is different from former yearbook.When using historical data,users should take the data of this book as standard. Ⅰ.Shanxi Statistical Yearbook 2020 is an annual,statistics publication,which reflects comprehensively the national economic and social development of Shanxi province.It covers data for 2019 and key statistical data in some historically important years at the provincial level and the local levels of prefecture and county.To meet the need of international exchange,this yearbook is made in both Chinese and English. Ⅱ.The yearbook contains the following twenty parts:Ⅰ.General Survey;2.Population,Labor Wages and Social Security;3.Price;4.People’s Living Conditions;5.Public Finance,Banking and Insurance;6.Energy;7.Investment in Fixed Assets;8.Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation;9.Agriculture;10.Industry;Ⅱ.Construction;12.Real Estate;13.Wholesale and Retail Trade;14.Hotels,Catering Services and Tourism;15.Transportation,Post and Telecommunication Services;16.Education,Science and Technology;17.Culture,Sports,Public Health and Environmental Protection;18.General Survey of Cities;19.Cities at Prefecture Level;20.Counties,Cities and Districts at County Level.To facility readers,Statistical Charts reflecting total trend are attached at the beginning of each chapter,and Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators,a brief introduction about the meaning,statistical coverage,statistical methods and historical changes of main statistical indicators,are provided at the end of each chapter. Ⅲ.Comparing with Shanxi Statistical Yearbook 2019,following revision has been made in this new version:In the chapter of General Survey,the new table of value added by sector is added,and tables of gross domestic product by expenditure approach and components of gross domestic product are deleted;In the chapter of Public Finance,Banking and Insurance,related indicators of insurance companies are adjusted;In the chapter of Agriculture,indicators of agricultural production conditions and livestock production are adjusted,the table of basic conditions of rural area is deleted;In the chapter of Industry,coalbed methane output in major years is added,revenue(cost) in major business is adjusted to business revenue(cost) and tax and extra charges of major business is adjusted to tax and charges;In the chapter of Wholesale and Retail Trade,the new table of basic statistics on urban commercial complexes is added;In the chapter of General Survey of Cities,some indicators and contents are adjusted;Historical data of related indicators are revised according to the Fourth China Economic Census. Ⅳ.The statistical coverage and explanation of indicators in this yearbook are the same as the current national statistical report system.The data in this yearbook are mainly obtained from annual statistical reports,and some are from sample surveys and related departments. Ⅴ.For the convenience of the readers,brief notes concerning some indicators about their changes in meaning or coverage are given at the lower part of relevant tables.In case of some statistical data issued before being inconsistent with this publication,take the data in this publication as correction. Ⅵ.The units of measurement used in this yearbook are international standard measurement units.Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this yearbook. Ⅲ.Compared with Hunan Statistical Yearbook-2019,this yearbook mainly makes the following revision and supplement in content and chapter structure:based on the comprehensive survey data of the fourth National Economic Census,the relevant data of “national economic accounting” since 2003 has been revised;The sales price index table of housing,the basic situation table of comprehensive statistics of environment,the added value table of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,the output table of forest products,the operation situation table of commodity trading market,the R&D personnel situation table of industrial enterprises above a certain scale,and the situation table of scientific and technological institutions of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises were deleted.The table of family planning indicators of cities and states,the table of internal expenditures of R&D funds for industrial enterprises above a certain size according to their purposes of expenditure,and the table of internal expenditures of R&D funds for large and medium-sized industrial enterprises according to their purposes of expenditure are deleted.The tables of family planning indicators and legal entities in different industries in different counties and districts were deleted;According to the revision of the current statistical investigation system and the adjustment of departmental financial statements,the relevant indicators and tables have been increased,decreased and adjusted,and the relevant statistical data have been enriched to varying degrees. Ⅳ.The 2019 national Accounts data in this yearbook are express data.Due to detailed investigation of the territory,the arable land area is temporarily short in 2019. Ⅴ.All of the value indicators are calculated by the same year’s prices.All of the indices are calculated by the constant price.Explanatory notes are provided behind the list in which if there are changes.Data of the book are composed by computers. Ⅵ.The book is edited according to the frame and standard of China Statistical Yearbook.The indicator explanatory notes are edited according to China Statistical Yearbook,and the units of measurement are internationally standard measurement units.The notations are standard notations of China Statistical Yearbook. Ⅶ.Figures in Government Work Report and the communique are preliminary statistics. Ⅰ.Statistical Yearbook of Hubei 2020 is an information-intensive data reference book.In a comprehensive manner,it records and reflects the economic,social,techno-logical and cultural developments among other aspects in Hubei province in 2019,featuring a large amount of information,authority,wide applicability and so on. Ⅱ.The yearbook contains twenty-three chapters:general survey,population,employment and wages,fixed-assets investment,energy production and consumption,price index,the life hood of people and natural resources and the environment,city over-view,agriculture,industry,construction,transportation,post and telecommunication services,domestic trade,foreign economy and tourism,government finance and banking education,science and culture,sports,health and social services,public management,Yangtze River Economic Zone,overviews of counties and cities as well as the appendix. Ⅲ.Hubei statistical yearbook 2020 features a structure in line with China Statistical Yearbook,with reference to the implementation of the Provincial Statistics Index System Directory.The yearbook adopts the latest industrial categorization standards and indicator range,while the English notes and the interpretation of indicators have been revised thoroughly.In 2020,the yearbook adopts a large number of data of the Fourth National Economic Census. Ⅳ.The yearbook adopts the updated statistical data based on the review of the past publications.Should any discrepancy arise,the yearbook shall prevail.Data of the statistical communique in the yearbook are the initial count.If that is not consistent with data of the yearbook,the latter shall prevail. Ⅳ.In this yearbook,the relevant department statistics are provided by relevant departments at the provincial level.
