Jilin statistical yearbook 2014 is annual statistics publication, which cover very comprehensive data series for 2013 and some selected data series for historically important years in whole province, cities (pretecture) and counties and therefore, reflects various aspects of social and economic development.

General survey of city (State) and county (City). In the appendices listed: 1. Main indicators of National economy of three province in the Northeast Area( 2013); 2.The Companies “A Table”; 3. Expla natory notes for Main statistical indicators.
Ⅲ.The units of measurement used in this book are internationally standard measurement units.

Ⅲ. Most of thedata in this yearbook sources are from annual statistical reports of governmentagencies, another part sources from sample survey.

Ⅳ.Comparingwith the content of Inner MongoliaStatistical Yearbook-2013, we changed the content as follow:

1. Some of the published data since 2005 arechanged in this yearbook according to the second national economic census, therefore, data in this yearbook are reliablewhenever you find different data in other publications. The data of the thirdnational economic census will be Published in nextyear’s yearbook.

2. According to the reform of statisticalmethod in other industries, some data and tables of People’s Livelihood areadjusted.

Ⅴ. The unitsof measurement used in this yearbook are internationally standard measurementunits.

Ⅵ. Statisticaldiscrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this yearbook
