Hainan Province

Hainan Statistical Yearbook 2016

Ⅰ. Hainan Statistical Yearbook 2016 is an annual statistical publication which covers statistical data for the economic and social development of 19 cities and counties, economic Development Zone in year 2015, as well as major statistical data in important historical years.

II. The Yearbook contains twenty-one chapters: l. General Survey; 2. Population；3. National Accounts; 4.Employment and Wages; 5. Prices; 6. People’s Living Conditions; 7. Government Finance; 8. Resources and Environment; 9. Energy; 10. Investment in Fixed Assets; 11. Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation; 12.Agriculture; 13. Industry; 14. Construction; 15.Real Estate; 16. Wholesale and Retail Trades, Hotels and Catering Services; 17.Tourism; 18. Transport, Postal and Telecommunication Services; 19. Financial Intermediation; 20. Science and Technology; 21. Education; 22.Public Health and Social Services; 23. Culture and Sports; 24.Public Management, Social Security and Social Organizations; 25.Urban and Rural. Each chapter begins with brief introduce to the main content, data sources, statistical method of this chapter, etc. Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators are provided at the end of each chapter to briefly describe the content of main statistical indicators, statistical scope and so on.

Ⅲ. In June 21, 2012, the State Council approved the establishment of the prefecture-level city of Sansha, and the Xisha, Nansha and Zhongsha Islands and their sea area are under the jurisdiction of Sansha City. Considering that the city was set up lately, and that it is difficult to obtain the statistical data, other data of Sansha City are not covered except for the population, employment, wages and workers and Resources.

Ⅳ. Data of county, Autonomous County and city in all chapters included the data related with land reclamation farms. The statistical data related with Yangpu Economic Development Zone are incorporated into and separately listed under Danzhou City. The 2 items of Danzhou and Yangpu are set under Danzhou City.

Ⅴ. The statistical approach and scope in this yearbook base on the current national statistical report system basically. Data are mainly obtained from annual statistical reports and sample surveys of government statistics departments, and some from annual statistical reports of government or administrative departments.

VI. The units of measurement used in this yearbook are internationally standard measurement units, and newly published and implemented Product Categories are uniformly used.

VII. Statistical discrepancies on totals and relative figures due to rounding are not adjusted in the Yearbook.

VIII. Notations used in the yearbook：(blank space) indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table, or data are unknown, or are not available; “#” indicates a major breakdown of the total.

Guizhou Statistical Yearbook 2016

Guizhou Statistical Yearbook 2016 is an annual statistics publication, which covers very comprehensive and systemic statistics of Guizhou’s economic and social development in 2015, main statistical data since reform and opening up, especially since the period of “eleven five”, and main statistical data at national, provincial and prefectural level.The yearbook is an important reference book which reflects basic situation of Guizhou.

Gansu Development Yearbook 2016

I. Gansu Development Yearbook, edited by the Gansu development yearbook editorial board and published by china statistics press, is a large-scale domestic and international public offering comprehensive annual publication. It records comprehensively Gansu political, economic, legal and social development situation by the large amount of reliable data, and is an important tool to understand the situation of the province, city, county and conduct a scientific decision-making, consult and research for every level party and government leaders, economic management department, enterprise and public institution, research departments and domestic and foreign investors.

II. The yearbook is the seventh volume since founded, which is all the in Chinese-English and equipped with electronic version, records mainly Gansu economic and social development situation in 2015, but its statistics materials have traced back in time.

III. The yearbook contains the following two parts: The first part contains special set, memorabilia, overview, politics, legal, national economy, construction and mapping , transport, communication and post, government finance and financial, economy management, social undertaking, people’s livelihood and county profiles 13 contents. The second part contains total 22 sections and chapters: General Survey; Population; National Accounts; Employment and Wages; Prices; People’s Living Conditions; Government Finance and Financial Intermediation; Resources and Environment; Energy; Investment in Fixed Assets; Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation; Agriculture; Industry; Construction; Wholesale and Retail Trades; Hotels, Catering Services and Tourism; Transport, Postal and Telecommunication Services; Education & Science and Technology; Public Health, Social Services and Social Security; Culture and Sports; City; Ethnic Minority Autonomous Area. For the convenience of using information for the readers, statistics have a brief introduction at the beginning of each part. In addition, explanatory notes on main statistical indicators are provided at the end of each part.

IV. The yearbook style is divided into contents, subhead and entry three levels, and entry as the basic structural unit. The entry titles are in bold and add【】.

V. In comparison with Gansu Development Yearbook-2015, following amendments were mainly made in content of this yearbook: Overall follow the principle of “general survey & population & economy & society & region”, the order of the 22 chapters of the yearbook was comprehensive adjusted. The chapter of “Energy” is added the statistical table of energy consumption of per unit of product for key energy-consuming enterprises. The chapter of “Industry” is added the classification of stock cooperative enterprises, added the classification of micro-enterprise in enterprise size. Adjusted the relevant statistical indicators of the table of “Currency Balance Sheet of Financial Institutions’ Renminbi, Foreign Exchange, Foreign Exchange Credit”. Increased the main statistical indicators of ethnic minority autonomous area over the years. According to the latest statistical reporting system, the contents and related statistical indicators of the chapter of people’s lives and other chapters is adjusted.

VI. As the methods of statistical system reform, some of the caliber of statistical indicators, including the scope and computational method change and please note that when used. The presentation data is provided by the units and some are preliminary statistics, if they does not accord with the statistical tables to tables shall prevail.

VII. The units of measurement used in this yearbook are internationally standard measurement units, statistical discrepancies on totals and relative figures due to rounding are not adjusted in the Yearbook.

VIII. Notations used in the yearbook: (blank space) indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table, or data are unknown, or are not available; “#” indicates a major breakdown of the total; and “*” or “①”indicates footnotes at the end of the table.

Ⅰ.Fujian Statistical Yearbook-2016 is an annual statistic publication of comprehensive information with highly density. The yearbook covers very comprehensive data in 2015 and some selected data series in important years of provincial and regional levels and in different departments , reflects various aspects of Fujian social and economic development.

Ⅲ. In comparison with the Fujian Statistical Yearbook 2015, following revisions have been made in this new version in terms of the statistical contents and in editing:
1.The order of the individual chapters have adjusted，General Survey increase the basic Unit of the Annual Report Legal Entity.2.Years mainly uniformed justment 2000,2005,2010,2014,2015 five years. 3. According to the new situation of the annual report system changes, some statistical indexes of the text and the adjustment of the standard.
Ⅳ.The data of Jinmen county are not included in this yearbook except for some additional notes on it.
Ⅴ.Data source, calculation scope for important statistical data in this yearbook are noted in each chapter.
Ⅵ.The units of measurement used in this yearbook are national standard measurement units.
Ⅶ. The statistics data published in the past is re-verified in this book. Any discrepancy between the data of this book, it prevails.
Ⅷ. As a result of the different unit choices,part of the total or relative data produce calculation error in The yearbook,we do not mechanical adjustment.
Ⅸ. Notations used in the yearbook: “Blank Space” indicates absence or ignorance or insufficient decimal place of data indicator; “#” indicates a major breakdown of the total.
Ⅹ.The indicator of production value in this yearbook is calculated according to prices of the year. Growth rate and indices of production value is calculated according to comparable prices.
Ⅺ.Growth rates and indices in this yearbook are calculated by “level approach”.
